These are delicious and extremely easy. The prosciutto crisps up beautifully in the oven, and lends a salty flavour to the sprouts. Drizzle with balsamic and you're all set!
- ¾ lb Brussel's sprouts, cored and cut in half
- olive oil
- salt and pepper, for seasoning
- 4-5 slices of prosciutto
- Good balsamic vinegar, for drizzling
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Toss your Brussel's sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Spread over a baking sheet in one layer.
Add slices of prosciutto to the sprouts, spreading evenly. It will crisp up over top of the sprouts.
Roast for 15 minutes, or until Brussel's sprouts are browning and prosciutto is crispy.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
