This is a simple syrup (a 1:1 sugar/water solution) flavored with vanilla extract and vanilla bean.
Is this the Same as Starbucks?
No - it's not, but it's a pretty good imitation!

How to make Vanilla Syrup
If you've ever made simple syrup before, you know it's pretty straightforward. Let's go through it step by step
First, combine you sugar and water in a small sauce pan over medium high heat. Bring to a simmer, and let sugar dissolve totally.
Add your vanilla extract and vanilla bean seeds. Turn off the heat, and let it steep for 20 minutes. If you want to make your own, this homemade vanilla bean extract is amazing!
Pour into a glass jar, and store in the fridge.
What Do I Use it For?

- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 vanilla bean seeds removed
