Tuna tartare is light, full of flavor, and super impressive to make for family and friends. This is definitely one to add to any entertaining menu!

Better yet, this version is made in individual servings. We're going to bake some wonton wrappers in a muffin tin to make little bowls. 

Let's Gather the Ingredients!

We're going to lightly season this tartare to let the flavor of the tuna shine! Be sure to buy sushi grade.

Make the Cups

Brush oil in a muffin tin - add the wrappers. Bake at 35 for 3-5 minutes.

Make the Base

Cut your avocado, and then mix it with wasabi paste.

Make Tartare

Whisk soy sauce, lime juice, mirin, sesame oil and green onion - then add to cubed tuna.

Assemble

Line each cup with cucumber, fill with avocado, then tuna, and top with cilantro.
