Fry Capers

Fry the capers in hot oil until the skin splits and starts to crackle. Remove to a paper towel lined plate.

Cook Aromatics

Cook garlic and shallots until soft and fragrant.

Deglaze

Deglaze the pan with white wine, reduce until almost all the liquid is gone. P.S. sorry about all the steam in this pic!

Add Dairy

Add milk and cream cheese, along with salt and pepper. Let the cheese melt.

Add pasta, smoked salmon, and dill and toss until well coated with the sauce.
