Frozen Peach Bellini

Perfect for Mother's Day!

Bellinis are a classic cocktail. bright, fruity, sweet and refreshing, There's nothing not to love here. plus they're easy to make!

The bellini was created by Giuseppe Cipriani, the founder of the ICONIC Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy back in the late 1940s. The drink quickly became a staple at Harry's Bar and soon became a classic cocktail enjoyed all over the world.

Ingredients

This ingredient list is short and sweet! Note: It's usually best to go with frozen (and then thawed) peaches, because they're frozen at peak ripeness. The flavor is amazing!

Let's Make it!

Add peaches, sugar and lemon juice to a blender. 

Blend

Blend everything together until it's a smooth, thick puree. 

Pour

Pour 2 tbsp of the puree into a glass. Top with Prosecco. 

Garnish & Serve

Give it a gentle stir to combine the puree and prosecco. Garnish with fresh peaches or mint, and serve!
