Pina Colada on the Rocks (Shaken)

Bursting with sweet coconut and pineapple flavors, this classic tropical cocktail gets even easier when you don't have to blender. Simple throw everything in a cocktail shaker, garnish, and serve. The perfect summer treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz white rum or coconut rum For mocktail, see notes
  • 1 oz coconut cream or coconut milk
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • cinnamon for garnish
  • fresh pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine the pineapple juice, rum, coconut cream and lime juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 35-60 seconds.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and pineapple wedge.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

To make the mocktail: omit the rum, and instead add an additional 1 oz of pineapple juice and 1 oz of coconut cream. 
To make a blended version: Add the first four ingredients to a blender. Add 1 cup of ice, and blend.
