French Gimlets

French gimlets are everything a good dinner-party cocktail should be. Refreshing, elegant and easy. Whip up a batch before your next cocktail hour, and your guests will rave about them!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz gin
  • 3 oz St. Germain
  • edible flowers for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients (except flowers, if using) into a Boston shaker half filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds. Strain into coupe glasses. Garnish with flowers if desired.

Notes

Depending on how you like your drinks, you can switch up the ratios of ingredients. For something more floral and sweet, up the St. Germain. If you like tart and fresh, add more lime. And if you like boozy, add more gin!
