Caprese salad surrounded by cherry tomatoes and white wine.

Caprese Salad

Caprese salad is an Italian classic made with fresh mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, and basil leaves. There are very few ingredients, so it's important to find the highest quality that you can for everything, but it's totally worth it. The combination of flavors and textures is simply divine!

Notes

Depending on the type of mozzarella you buy, you can also just tear it up and arrange in on the plate (rather than slicing it).
Remember to serve this at room temperature, not cold! This will allow all those incredible flavors to really shine!
