Take this eggs benedict bake up a notch by adding lobster and tarragon hollandaise sauce. The perfect low effort brunch!

Let's Gather the Ingredients!

Using croissants instead of English muffins mean you can soak it for less time.

Mix Eggs & Milk

Plus salt and pepper.

Build the Bake

Pour the eggs over the croissants & let sit.

Add lobster then bake, 350F for 35 minutes.

Blend egg yolk, lemon Dijon, butter, & tarragon.
