Gooey Chocolate Brownies

The Gourmet Bon Vivant

Ingredients

So simple, and you probably have everything you need already. 

Combine

Melted butter, cocoa, sugar, and eggs (four of them, one at a time). 

Add

Vanilla, salt, flour. 

Spread

Batter in a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. 

Make the Icing

Melted butter, cocoa, water, and powdered sugar. 

Ice while Warm

Let the brownies rest for 20ish minutes, and ice while they're still warm.
