These ooey gooey chocolate brownies are soft, chewy and fudgy with rich flavor. Everything a brownie should be. Plus, they have icing!
So simple, and you probably have everything you need already.
Melted butter, cocoa, sugar, and eggs (four of them, one at a time).
Vanilla, salt, flour.
Batter in a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
Melted butter, cocoa, water, and powdered sugar.
Let the brownies rest for 20ish minutes, and ice while they're still warm.
