- 2 tomatillos diced
- ½ habanero pepper diced (you can add more, to taste)
- the juice of half a lime
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine the tomatillo, habanero pepper, lime juice and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Give it a stir and let the flavours mingle for ten minutes.
Serve alongside the oysters.
