Ingredients
  

  • 12 fresh oysters shucked, on the half shell, served on ice
  • 2 tomatillos diced
  • ½ habanero pepper diced (you can add more, to taste)
  • the juice of half a lime
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine the tomatillo, habanero pepper, lime juice and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Give it a stir and let the flavours mingle for ten minutes.
  • Serve alongside the oysters.
