HOMEMADE TRUFFLE AIOLI (TRUFFLE MAYO)

Truffle aioli brings amazing umami flavor to whatever you're eating, and it's surprisingly easy to make at home.

Ingredients

Make sure your eggs are room temp!

Combine

Egg, egg yolk, oil, Dijon mustard, and lemon. 

Blend

Add your truffle oil, salt and blend. 

Serve

It's that easy. Keep in the fridge until you're ready to serve it.
