PUMPKIN SNICKERDOODLES

These pumpkin snickerdoodles are everything you want in fall baking. Comforting, sweet, slightly spicy, and just all-around cozy.

The snickerdoodles are soft, chewy, and very easy to make. You pretty much just need ten minutes of prep, and ten minutes of bake time and you're good to go. Keep this handy for a rainy afternoon!

Ingredients

The perfect combination of flavors and fall spices. 

Cream Butter & Sugar

Add

Add pumpkin and vanilla, mix well. 

Add the Dry

Add flour, spices, and baking soda. Mix this slowly until the dough just starts to come together. 

Roll

The dough should be stiff enough to roll in your hands. Use a 1" cookie scoop to get even amounts. 

Roll in sugar and pumpkin pie spice - then bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes. 

Serve

Serve alongside a hot cup of coffee or a pumpkin spice latte!
