Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread (with Streusel)

This pumpkin cream cheese bread is everything you want in a pumpkin loaf: slightly sweet, spicy, tender and moist; it goes great with coffee. Plus it's easy to make and makes your entire house smell like your favourite grandma's autumn kitchen.

For the streusel topping.

Whisk

The dry ingredients together.

Combine

Wet ingredients in a separate bowl. 

Mix

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Do not over mix. 

Make the Cream Cheese Swirl

Cream cheese, vanilla, pumpkin spice, flour, sugar.

Make the Steusel

Flour, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice. 

Assemble & Bake

Pour about 2/3 of the batter into a prepared 9x5" loaf pan. Spread on the cream cheese layer, more batter, then streusel.

Bake

At 350F for 45-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. (You might have some cream cheese on it, that's ok! Just no orange batter :)
