These mini pumpkin pies are sweet, filled with warming spices, and perfectly hand-held. Add some whipped cream for a delicious bite of fall.

These cute as as button mini pumpkin pies are going to be the star of the show at your next holiday party. Not only are they adorable, but they are perfectly decadent, and full of the warm, cozy flavors of fall.


For the crust - note this is for a double batch!

For the filling - bourbon is optional but highly encouraged. It's so good!

Make the Crust

Cut the butter into the flour. Add remaining ingredients and mix until it just comes together. Refrigerate for 1 hour.  


Whisk the flour and butter over medium heat until it starts bubbling, about 2 minutes. 


Shape the crust into a prepared muffin tin. Evenly pour the filling into the crusts. 


In the oven for about 40 minutes at 350 F. The middle should be set when they come out. Let cool completely. 

Add a little whipped cream if you want to. These can be served room temperature or cold.
