Grilled peppers are one of the easiest, and most delicious things you can make on the grill. They barely even need seasoning, take less than five minute to prep, and you're good to go!
Cut the peppers into quarters, and toss them with some olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place them on a grill, preheated over medium-high heat. Close the lid.
Let them cook for 4 minutes, then flip, and cook for another 4 with the lid closed.
Eat these as is, or add a chimichurri sauce for amazing flavor.
