Chop your broccolini into bite-sized chunks. Throw them in a pot of boiling water for three minutes, with a lid on.
Next, strain the broccolini and plunge them into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Combine all your ingredients, and pour into a 9"x13" baking pan.
Serve piping hot alongside a glass of crisp, lemony white wine, like a Chardonnay.
